#22. Explore Web 2.0 Award winners (week 12)

Realizing that we have barely scratched the surface of the myriad Web 2.0 offerings, this next exercise asks you to look at the 2007 Web 2.0 award winners and explore an application we haven't discussed in this program.

To save yourself some time, look at the categories of winners and select something of interest to you from there. The categories are listed immediately under the Contributors information.

Then:

• Go to the site of one of the award winners, join if you need to, and try it out.
• Think about how this site would or would not be useful to you personally, to our user population, or the library as an organization.
• Blog about the award winner you chose and tell us what you think.
